The Washington State Thespians Hall of Fame represents the highest level of achievement for a K-12 classroom theatre teacher, postsecondary theatre educator, non-profit theatre education administrator, or professional theatre teaching artist in Washington State. Up to three Thespian Troupe Directors and/or non-Thespian adults are inducted annually who have made an exceptional contribution to the growth of theatre and theatre education in Washington State across multiple years and organizations.

The Washington State Thespians Service Above Self Award honors Thespian Troupe Directors and non-Thespian adults who have given of themselves in service to the mission of Washington State Thespians and Thespian Events.

The Washington State Thespians Inspirational Teacher Award recognizes one or more theatre educators annually who have inspired their students and school community helping them thrive despite unrelenting conditions presented by the world.

The Washington State Thespians Teacher of the Year Award is presented annually to one established middle or high school theatre teacher who has gone above and beyond for the students in their program and school community for many years of curricular and/or extracurricular service.
